These Terms and Conditions of Trade are the terms on which HSTL MADE COFFEE CO LTD ("HMCC") located at 4 Pegasus House, Pegasus Court, Olympus Avenue, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 6LW, United Kingdom provide merchandise ("Goods") to you ("You"/"Your") as a consumer via our web sites, including, without limitation: www.hstlmadecoffeeco.co.uk; and any additional shopping sites that we may create from time to time to purchase product and also as a resource for information and entertainment (collectively the "Web Sites").

For the sake of clarity and avoidance of doubt, only sites owned and operated by Us are subject to this Terms and Conditions of Trade policy (the “Terms and Conditions of Trade”).  Your access to and use of the Web Sites is governed by HSTL MADE COFFEE CO’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

OUR CONTRACT

2.1 Your order ("Order") constitutes an offer to Us to buy the Goods you select via your Order on the Web Sites. All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Us. We will send You an email acknowledging receipt of Your Order. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance by Us. The contract for purchase of the Goods is agreed and accepted by Us only when We send You an email dispatch confirmation.


ORDERING

3.1 Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur HMCC cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.


DELIVERY AND RETURNS

4.1 Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your bag or the condition in which it was delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help. For full details about our Returns policy, please click here.


EXCHANGE

5.1 Due to the nature of our products we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email a info@hstlmadecoffeeco.co.uk and send your item, in its original state and packaging, to:
HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd, Unit 1, Cornwall Business Centre, Wigston, LE18 4XH, United Kingdom.

5.2 All shipping back to HMCC is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees. Any product returned found not to be defective will not be refunded and return shipping rates not reimbursed. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.


NON-RETURNABLE

6.1 For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for all coffee products, gift cards and perishable items (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like-for-like).


INCORRECT/DAMAGED GOODS

7.1 We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your ordered goods please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact HMCC immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours.

8.1 Due to the nature of our business and production, our coffee is manufactured and shipped once a week to ensure the freshest coffee as possible.  Once our products are logged into the fulfilment facility we will fulfil all orders as soon as possible via the pre-selected methods, this usually takes between 2-3 days (United Kingdom).  You will be emailed once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

8.2 All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Signed For service or a Tracked Courier Service, which will need a signature and proof of identity, if you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.  Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point - see Royal Mail Terms and Conditions for further details.

8.3 HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd do not accept responsibility for any address errors made by the customer.


EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

9.1 At present HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd sends goods globally however, addresses and areas subject to import duties and local taxes will be required to have the duty and tax invoices paid for by the recipient. PRIVACY NOTICE

10.1 This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.  We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
