BREXIT & EUROPEAN UNION NOTIFICATION

We have worked closely with our logistics company and associated couriers to ensure that the recent Brexit/EU changes that have occurred to the United Kingdom, make the least amount of impact on you, our loyal customers.

All (EU) shipments/orders are now eligible for additional Brexit surcharges.  For ease and clarity we have incorporated these surcharges within the single shipping price, so you will see a small price increase in relation to your region at the checkout.

Please rest assured that the current transit times will remain the same, despite the extra checks that are now in place.  We have set all custom documents to be completed and sent digitally so that the entire process is paperless and as seamless as possible.


Certain locations in and around Europe will be liable for local tax and duties, these are the sole responsibility of you, the customer, and are not liable to HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd.  Due to the additional Brexit tariffs and shipping surcharges now applicable in certain EU regions, any refused orders that are returned to HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd will be subject to a shipping and handling charge. This means that only the value of the produce will be refunded, not the value of the shipping.

All orders ship directly from our fulfilment facility in the UK.  A summary of shipping options appears below.

Standard – Royal Mail 48 -  this does not require a signature upon delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders will be packaged and sent upon completion of the checkout process, the shipping and handling times are based on when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.  HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd can only dispatch orders on working days, which are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when calculating shipping days.

Shipments that are now inside of the EU or within the United States may be liable for import duties and taxes that could be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority and paid for by you.
