1.1 Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your bag or the condition in which it was delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
1.2 If your item does qualify for a refund we will notify you of the approval via email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
1.3 If you have had a successful refund and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If the credit is still not showing, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited and showing in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hstlmadecoffeeco.co.uk
1.4 When returning items to HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
1.5 Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.

3.1 HSTL MADE COFFEE CO Ltd is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. Unfortunately, from time-to-time manufacturing and production faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
4.1 Please send your product, unused in its original packaging, along with the completed Returns document detailing your name, order number and return/refund requirements to the following address:
